Sign up and complete your profile. Describe who you are, what you do, and what you hope to accomplish here.

2. Connect
Browse the catalogue of mentors and mentees, send messages to others to express your interest in starting a mentoring conversation.

3. Start A Mentoring Relationship
Talk on the phone or Skype to know one another. Move forward by setting goals and solving problems together. We will organize workshops and other events to bring mentors and mentees together in one room to discuss and reflect on topics relevant to professionals.

 


Why Mentoring

71% of Fortune 500 companies have mentoring programs - to improve performance, productivity and innovation among their leaders (Centre for Workplace Leadership 2016). Also, in a study of over 1000 employees, 25% of them who enrolled in a mentoring program had increase in salary, promoted 5x compared to those not been mentored (Gartner 2006). For CEOs, 84% said mentors had helped them avoid costly mistakes, 84% become proficient in their roles faster, 69% were making better decisions(Harvard Business Review 2015).
